A self-published photo book by Tsuyoshi Tokitsu, a photographer who works as a photo director for a newspaper company while also creating works with themes of cities, people, and modern society. He focused on the existence of street dwellers living on the banks of the Tama River in Tokyo, and attempted to photograph their living spaces and surrounding environments. Tokitsu contains houses and household items made from blue sheets, and sometimes portraits of them. This is not just a social documentary, but a photographer's work that captures a landscape peeking through the cracks of the city of Tokyo. Signed.
Scattered along the periphery of the city, they can be described as ``invisible presences,'' ironically made visible by the blue sheets that protect and hide things.
(Excerpt from the text in the book)
