A collection of drawings by Italian architect and artist Lanfranco Radi (1932-2006). In the 1950s and 1960s, he was active in restoration projects for historical buildings, environmental issues, and the protection of historical and scenic heritage, but from the 1960s onwards, he resumed painting, and made it his life's work to distinguish between three main elements: botanical representation, landscape painting, and abstract painting. This book features over 130 drawings of edible plants. Incidentally, Radi won the Special Jury Prize at the Hanbury Botanic Gardens International Awards for his illustrations of these plants.
