Comme des Garcons' visual magazine "Six" was produced in a total of eight volumes during the four years from 1988 to 1991, with Tsuguya Inoue as the art director and Atsuko Kozasu (1933-1993) as the editor. The fifth issue has the appearance of three volumes. The first book consists of Comme des Garcons fashion photographs. Taken by Timothy Greenfield-Sanders, Brian Griffin, Peter Lindbergh, Tamio Tominaga and Steven Meisel. The second book is arranged by Tsuguya Inoue, a work by Italian contemporary artist Enzo Cucchi. The third book is a collage based on the work of French jewelry designer Line Vautrin (1913-1997). The number of printed copies was 26,000 and was distributed only to the top customers.
