Photographer Kishin Shinoyama (1940-2024) is known for taking nude photo books of numerous idols and celebrities, but this book has a slightly different flavor than his other books. A book with the theme of "Food". With the cooperation of famous restaurants from all over Japan, this book contains many close-up photos of foods that have been familiar to Japanese people since ancient times, including ingredients, dishes, and seasonings.
