This is the fourth issue of THE PURPLE JOURNAL, a magazine started by Elein Fleiss, one of the founders of the French fashion culture magazine PURPLE. Compared to PURPLE, which has had more advertising pages in recent years, this issue is characterized by a more personal look written from Elein's perspective. All of the photographs are in monochrome, including Anders Edstrom's Tokyo cafe and Lewis Baltz's Venice.
