Chan Wai Kwong is a Hong Kong-born photographer. He entered the New Law Institute in Hong Kong in 1988 but dropped out the following year. Since 2010, he has published his works as an individual and published photo books. In 2012, he won the WYNG Special Photo Award for his photographs on the theme of his poverty.
