The first issue of ONE, a publication planned and managed by DIVE, which was based in Tokyo and Nagoya at the time. Based on a free editorial policy, artists from a wide range of genres create works with a free attitude, bring them together, and include them in one package. Rather than taking the form of a traditional bound magazine, each artist's work is enclosed in a box. Apparently it was scheduled to be published two or three times a year as a quarterly magazine, but details are unknown.
